Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. Here's how we handle cancellations:

30+ days before your charter: Full refund, no questions asked.
15–29 days before your charter: 50% refund.
Less than 15 days before your charter: No refund.

Weather cancellations: If your captain determines conditions are unsafe, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule — your choice.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially for guests traveling from out of state or off a cruise ship.

Cruise Ship Guests — Port Verification

If you are arriving by cruise ship, it is your responsibility to confirm your ship's port of call, arrival time, and dock location before booking. We operate exclusively out of Auke Bay Harbor in Juneau, Alaska. We are not responsible for bookings made in error due to incorrect port, date, or itinerary information.

Cancellations resulting from port scheduling errors, including cases where your ship is docked in a different port such as Hoonah, Skagway, or Ketchikan - are subject to our standard cancellation policy. No exceptions will be made for day-of or last-minute cancellations regardless of the reason, as we begin preparing the vessel and allocating crew time in advance of every charter.
